Printmaking and Mixed Media Collage
I use a variety of methods of printmaking in my work: woodcut, linocut, monoprinting, and more. I begin by carving wood or lino blocks by hand and most often print by using a press. Sometimes I print entirely by hand to achieve the look I’m going for. I use a variety of acid-free and archival papers that are known for their strength and durability. Using archival materials means that my prints will last a lifetime.
This page shows a sampling of works that are made from woodcuts and linocuts, plus a new series of mixed media collage pieces that incorporate prints as well. To browse what’s currently available for purchase, please visit my new online shop. I update my shop regularly as I add new prints and restock open editions. Some one of a kind pieces pictured here may be traveling in exhibitions—if you’re interested in a piece that isn’t listed in my shop, please contact me via hello@faulkenberryarts.com.
